As from January, 2009, after an intensive search for the best IT service provider, blp GeoServices GmbH - a civil engineering firm specialized in technical geology - now also relies on network solutions by X-Net.

blp GeoServices GmbH has two locations in Austria, one in Linz and another in Vienna: the commission was to provide and link both with a corporate network. At the Linz location, X-Net installed a state-of-the-art silent server by Thomas Krenn, where all server services like DNS, file server, print server and mail server run smoothly and consistently in a virtual environment (Xen).
